Well it’s the end of the month and I’ve just done our port­fo­lio per­for­mance vs the All Ords Total Return Index. It was a good month! We out­per­formed the XAOA by near­ly 900%. We grew by 3% in the month while the index went back­wards.

Is value investing really dead?

Lots of peo­ple seem to think the prin­ci­ples of val­ue invest­ing, as artic­u­lat­ed by Ben­jamin Gra­ham and War­ren Buf­fett, are out-dat­ed and, indeed, dead. But some top Aus­tralian investors dis­agree.
