Getting your QAV Club premium podcast into your app.

You joined QAV Club. You got the wel­come email. Now your pod­cast app won’t accept the feed URL. It’s a com­mon snag — and it’s a two-minute fix. Here’s how.

The one thing

Copy the feed URL — don’t click it.

COPY the feed URL we sent you. Don’t click it. Click­ing the link in the email just opens it in your brows­er, which won’t do any­thing use­ful. You need to copy it as text and paste it into your pod­cast app. On a phone, press and hold the link and choose Copy; on a com­put­er, right-click and choose Copy link.

Three apps that work

Pick yours and follow the steps.

iPhone / iPad

Apple Podcasts

  1. Open the Pod­casts app and tap Library.
  2. Tap the three dots (…) top right, then Fol­low a Show by URL.
  3. Paste your feed URL from above.
  4. When asked, enter the user­name and pass­word from your wel­come email.
Mac / Win­dows

Apple Podcasts (Desktop)

  1. Open the Pod­casts app on your Mac or PC.
  2. Click the File menu in the top bar.
  3. Click Fol­low a Show by URL…
  4. Paste your feed URL, then click OK and enter your user­name and pass­word.
Android

Podcast Addict

  1. Install Pod­cast Addict from the Play Store (free).
  2. Tap the + but­ton, then RSS Feed.
  3. Paste the feed URL with your cre­den­tials embed­ded:
    https://USERNAME:[email protected]/feed/premium-monthly (replace USERNAME and PASSWORD with the ones from your wel­come email; use premium-annual if you’re on the annu­al plan).
  4. Tap Add.
Any oth­er app

Everything else

Most pod­cast apps sup­port pre­mi­um feeds — they just hide the option in dif­fer­ent places. The full set of instruc­tions, includ­ing each app’s quirks, lives on the TPN cen­tral page.

Heads up: Spo­ti­fy and Google Pod­casts don’t sup­port pre­mi­um RSS feeds at all, and Pock­et Casts removed the fea­ture in 2023. Use one of the apps above.

Before you email us

The three questions we get most.

“I did­n’t get the wel­come email with my feed details.”

Check your spam or pro­mo­tions fold­er first. If it’s gen­uine­ly not there, email [email protected] and we’ll resend it.

“I’ve got a new phone and lost the orig­i­nal email.”

Your feed URLs are list­ed above. If you can’t remem­ber your pass­word, reset it from your account page.

“The feed won’t load / my app says it can’t be found.”

Two quick fix­es solve almost every case: change https:// to http:// at the start of the URL, and if there’s a trail­ing slash on the end, remove it. Still stuck? See below.
