Each week we pro­duce a buy list based on our val­ue invest­ing sys­tem that we share with our QAV Club mem­bers. The intend­ed pri­ma­ry pur­pose of this buy list is for club mem­bers to use as a ref­er­ence for com­par­ing their own buy list. 7 Day Report: The AU Dum­my Port­fo­lio was ‑0.05% in the last week vs the bench­mark ‑0.31%.

FY report: We’re +18.27% pa vs +14.57% pa for the bench­mark.

Five Year Report: We are +15.93% pa vs the bench­mark +11.62% pa.

AMERICAN

Our U.S. port­fo­lio for the last 30 days was +3.3% vs 1.25% for the S&P500.

For the last 12 months, the port­fo­lio is +34%  vs the S&P500 +11%.

I still haven’t trad­ed any­thing since 12/5.

Since incep­tion (Sep 2023), our port­fo­lio is +55% vs the S&P500 +35%.
