It’s another Tuesday.
The AORD finished up again this week, but had a funny pattern for most of last week. Up in the morning, down in the afternoons. Maybe it needs a caffeine boost around the middle of the day. Or a siesta. The RBA is poised to lift rates again today, so that isn’t helping things.
Lots of commodities also became Josephines this week. So keep an eye on those before you buy anything.

INCEPTION (02/09/2019) REPORT
Our portfolio improved a bit this week, despite NCK’s woes (down 9% for the week), as NHC stabilised. We’re UP about 17.7% (CAGR pa) vs the benchmark which is UP about 8.2%.

For the FY, we are still lagging the STW quite considerably, but we’re up still 7.43% vs the STW which is up 22.2%.

During the last week, we did trade some stocks in our Light portfolios. Yesterday we sold WAF and replaced it with NAB. Last week we sold MSV and replaced it with WBC. We also sold TER and replaced it with NGI.
