We picked up the news today that the CEO and a found­ing direc­tor of KRM resigned in ear­ly Octo­ber. Even though it has­n’t quite hit its 3PTL sell price, this fits our “major neg­a­tive news” cat­e­go­ry for sell­ing, so we are sell­ing it today out of our port­fo­lios.
