ANZ went ex-div 10 May 2021. So that means that in the last month it’s worth less, because it’s paying out a dividend. We need to factor that in to the share price and add it back. However — in this case, ANZ has continued to drop, even factoring in the dividend, and is below its sell line, therefore Tony has decided he will probably sell his holdings if things don’t turn around in the next couple of days and it turns around dramatically. He doesn’t know yet what he’s going to buy next.
