I’ve updat­ed v3.8 of the check­list to reflect this change.

This also means that when the share price is above the SD IV, but below con­sen­sus IV, the state­ment returns a zero. In oth­er words, Tony thinks the SD IV cal­cu­la­tion is more accu­rate than the aver­age bro­ker IV.
