Stock Analysis
We’ve done some buying in the last week, including BOQ, FRI, COG. You can read my analysis reports on them in the Light blog posts.
BUY LIST
Each week we produce a buy list based on our value investing system that we share with our QAV Club members. The intended primary purpose of this buy list is for club members to use as a reference for comparing their own buy list. In theory, all of our buy lists should look pretty similar each week.
I’m providing only ONE version — it just has the buy list (live and static versions) visible, but the other sheets are there, just hidden, so unhide them if you want them.
Portfolios
The AU Dummy Portfolio was +2.5% in the last week vs the benchmark +2.2, and we’re +12.41% pa for the FY (vs 8.22% pa for the benchmark). I sold our parcels of RMS and SUL on 16/4 and bought IGL and TBR.
The U.S. portfolio was +5.5% this week and is +26% for the FY (vs +1% for the S&P500). I’m still sitting on a lot of cash and struggling to invest it because the market is so turbulent.
