AUSTRALIAN

Month­ly Report: The AU Dum­my Port­fo­lio was +9% for the last 30 days vs the bench­mark +4%.

Five Year Report: We are +17% pa vs the bench­mark +11% pa.

No trades to report from the last week.

AMERICAN

Our U.S. port­fo­lio for the last 30 days was +10% vs +3% for the S&P500.

GTN, the stock I added last week, is up 45% since then. Wow.

For the last 12 months, the port­fo­lio is +32% vs the S&P500 +18%.

I sold OPHC last week and replaced it with JXN.

Since incep­tion (Sep 2023), our port­fo­lio is +74% vs the S&P500 +45%.
