Cameron: Now, here we go. WelÂcome back to QAV AusÂtralia, episode 8 1 9. We’re recordÂing this on the 13th of May, 2025. We have a new oppoÂsiÂtion leader in the counÂtry and Trump has done anothÂer back flip and Tony is someÂwhere deep in the heart of Africa with sparÂrows, I think. You for an interÂnet conÂnecÂtion. He’s writÂing litÂtle notes on the legs of parÂrots and sendÂing them to BrisÂbane, and then I’m sendÂing them back.
I think that’s how it’s workÂing. Tk.
TK: It is too true. I’m, I’m in BateÂman’s Bay, Sudan, I think, or ConÂgo. The wifi isn’t workÂing very well, and my phone recepÂtion isn’t workÂing very well. So to, anyÂone who hears a lag in this recordÂing, but it’s my probÂlem. and I wore my QI brought my, packed away, my QAV T‑shirt to, to wear on [00:01:00] the show, and, we’ve turned the video off to help the speed.
Cameron: it just gets you in the mood. It’s like putting a suit and tie on when you go to the, when you do a Zoom call, it just gets you in the mood. let’s get into it ’cause I know you’ve got a bit of a short time horiÂzon today, so let’s, Yep.
Get into, I wantÂed to start with portÂfoÂlio updates, Tony. the marÂket’s obviÂousÂly up today.
As I menÂtioned flipÂpantÂly before. Trump’s team and the ChiÂna team have been meetÂing this week, and they’ve, agreed to roll back the tarÂiffs. I think in the case of the UnitÂed States as tarÂiffs on ChiÂna, it’s gone from 145% down to 30. I think ChiÂna’s dropped theirs from a hunÂdred and. 25 down to 10. all the tough talk from Trump has gone, I dunÂno why there’s even still a 30% tarÂiff.
I think it’s just optics, posÂsiÂbly more than anyÂthing else. But the marÂket in [00:02:00] the US overnight, shot up and the marÂket here today is, up not quite as much as I think it was in the us. It peaked this mornÂing and has come back a litÂtle bit since then, but I think we’ve. Almost recovÂered from where we were pre libÂerÂaÂtion day, let’s say 40th of FebÂruÂary.
The marÂket was at 88, 25. We’re now at 85, 18, so not quite back up to where we were a few months ago, but getÂting close.
TK: The tarÂiffs have only been paused for. to help the ChiÂnese because they’re doing it tough and closÂing facÂtoÂries and, but DonÂald wantÂed to help the ChiÂnese to get back on their feet, so there’s 90 day pause in tarÂiffs. we’ll see what hapÂpens in 90 days.
Cameron: It is hard, it’s hard to read your, sarÂcasm and, irony withÂout the video.
TK: Yeah, sorÂry. I’m being sarÂcasÂtic. [00:03:00] but one thing that hapÂpened today was gold turned down. So our gold stocks will have gone down. think,
the ones I looked at before were between five and 10%, which I’m assumÂing is the gold price going down. ’cause I couldÂn’t find any news on our portÂfoÂlio stocks. and BitÂcoin’s going up.
Cameron: That’s interÂestÂing. I, when I did my buy list yesÂterÂday, Tony, I I already had gold as Josephine and they were josephines last week. Are you sayÂing they’re now in a sell state or they’re just still Josephines?
TK: still josephines, but our golds Ha, Google some of the gold stocks in the portÂfoÂlio. Perseus, I think stand about
8%. Ramelius was down 10. not sure about some of the othÂers West African resources, but I think it’s because, of the announceÂments on tarÂiffs. Yeah.
Cameron: when I did my, weekÂly newsletÂter earÂliÂer today, before the marÂket opened, the dumÂmy portÂfoÂlio was up 1.6% in the [00:04:00] last week. VerÂsus the benchÂmark, which was up about 1.2%. We were at 15.85% per annum for the finanÂcial year verÂsus 10.2% for the benchÂmark and the US portÂfoÂlio when I checked this mornÂing, was down 2.6% this week and is now up 25% for the finanÂcial year verÂsus the s and p 500, which was up 6.7% for the finanÂcial year.
So that’s, we’re doing what, like four times almost the, s and p 500 for the finanÂcial year, which is which is nice, but our portÂfoÂlio has come back a lot, in the last few months in the US It’s still doing very, well, but has come back quite subÂstanÂtialÂly with all of the tarÂiff nonÂsense that’s been going on.
What have you got in your list of things to talk about today? Tk.
TK: I had [00:05:00] a few things. ComÂpaÂnies and cerÂtainÂly conÂfesÂsion seaÂsons. So we’re getÂting quarÂterÂly updates, on sales from the retailÂers, for examÂple, and with ANZ of course, the CEO hanÂdover occurred on FriÂday. So Nuno Matos is the new CEO of ANZ. the results that were delivÂered by the outÂgoÂing CEO quite were quite flat. They up, over time because of the SunÂcorp acquiÂsiÂtion. ANZ was givÂen the green light to acquire sun, the SunÂcorp bank, out of the SunÂcorp insurÂance busiÂness. And, that’s boostÂed their, revÂenue and profÂit. But, As that cycles around, it’s been flat othÂerÂwise, for them. and there’s been lots of reportÂing about, the new CEO takÂing over and seems to be doing all the right things from day one.
PromisÂing to get the ANZ app sortÂed out. [00:06:00] The bankÂing on your phone app sortÂed out. meetÂing with big cusÂtomers. Staff, he wants them to be, on the ball, but, not, playÂing fast and loose as far as govÂerÂnance goes. And, he’ll be good. He’s writÂten to all the regÂuÂlaÂtors sayÂing that he’ll improve govÂerÂnance in the bank, et cetera, et cetera. So that’s all good. from my point of view, I just wantÂed declare I own ANZ. and I just also want to declare that it’s gone ex- divÂiÂdend today. So don’t be surÂprised if when you hear this, the share price looks like it’s trendÂed down a lot. it’s gone ex- divÂiÂdend and take that into account in your planÂning. , And look, to be fair, it’s on the buy list, again, folÂlowÂing its through results, which, it does from time to time. So that’s, I guess a good thing from our point of view. It’s back in buy terÂriÂtoÂry, but there has been tradÂing sideÂways for a while and it’s not quite a buy yet. you’ve got a bit of time to, to review this one, couÂple of, what, can I report on?
sumÂmaÂrizÂing some of the [00:07:00] announceÂments that have been made. they reportÂed a first. Cash earnÂings increase of 12%, half on half, was in line with expecÂtaÂtions. But flat year on year, revÂenue was up at $11 bilÂlion, which is what, stagÂgerÂing realÂly, , for an AusÂtralian comÂpaÂny, I. That’s up 5%, half on half. and which includes a conÂtriÂbuÂtion from SunÂcorp, Bank. and also too, they highÂlightÂed that the acquiÂsiÂtion of SunÂcorp is startÂing to delivÂer cost synÂerÂgy. So they think they’ve, they say they’ve saved $20 milÂlion to date from, amalÂgaÂmatÂing SunÂcorp into ANZ. So we’ll see how that, That goes, that interÂest marÂgin in the group, which is someÂthing we should folÂlow.
With banks, it fell two basis points, half, one half to 1.56%, but still in 1.5 I think is pretÂty good for a bank. So it’s, it’s not to be of [00:08:00] conÂcern. , What else can I say? comÂmon. tier one or CET one ratio declined a litÂtle bit, but it’s still at 12%, which is, which is, still very strong for a bank.
And that’s obviÂousÂly what, , APRA, focusÂes on. And in fact, ANZ carÂries more capÂiÂtal because that, got into trouÂble with the regÂuÂlaÂtor last year or two years ago, actuÂalÂly, over a bond tradÂing scanÂdal, and they now have to carÂry an extra bilÂlion dolÂlars of, tier one capÂiÂtal comÂpared to some of the othÂer banks in AusÂtralia. they, have a lot of capÂiÂtal, to bolÂster them if it’s ever a run on the bank. So that’s all good. does probÂaÂbly hold them back a litÂtle bit in their return side of things, but, I’m hopÂing, I susÂpect with the new CEO comÂing in and, he’ll get some time to men relaÂtions ships with the regÂuÂlaÂtors and get in their good books and then, [00:09:00] that, capÂiÂtal impulse might be takÂen off. yeah, that’s probÂaÂbly all I can say. The only othÂer, artiÂcle I saw about ANZ was talkÂing about that some of the senior execuÂtors may leave, because there was two interÂnal canÂdiÂdates that were overÂlooked for the role. So they, may stay, but they may look to become a CEO someÂwhere else, either in the bankÂing secÂtor or even outÂside it someÂtimes. also too, Nuno MatÂtos may bring in some of his lieuÂtenants from overÂseas to, to bolÂster his direct reports with, with peoÂple he trusts, from past expeÂriÂence. So there might be some turnover in the senior ranks of ANZ going forÂward. So that’s ANZ, not a bad result. NothÂing, groundÂbreakÂing though.
I’m back on the buy list. the othÂer one I wantÂed to focus on was super retail group. So anothÂer stock I own. I’ll declare that. they bounced back from their lows, since they put out this [00:10:00] quarÂterÂly updatÂing quarÂter three. And I also did it at, a conÂferÂence last week that MacÂquarÂie runs, which is genÂerÂalÂly regardÂed as the start of conÂfesÂsion seaÂson.
We’ve seen a few updates, to guidÂance. now we’re a month out from the end of the finanÂcial year and a couÂple of months out from reportÂing seaÂson manÂageÂment will, um, if they’re startÂing to deviÂate from what anaÂlysts think, come out and update the marÂket. But the, detail from super retail group was good, or, at least, not too bad. They’re their, for sales are up 3.1%. So that’s, that’s always an imporÂtant metÂric for a retailÂer. And, super retail group owns four big, brands. Rebel Sports, super, auto Mac Pack, and BCF, the CampÂing store. Um, DirecÂtors comÂing in from the [00:11:00] UK deal with AccenÂture, which we spoke about preÂviÂousÂly. And BunÂnings is also testÂing the waters on getÂting into the autoÂmoÂtive space, which would impact on Super Auto Group. But for the moment, both of those are doing okay. manÂageÂment said that sales, that their sales in this comÂpaÂny increased quite well durÂing Covid because, there peoÂple were able to. Um, order online and get it sent home, and they’ve been able to recapÂture or, keep all of that sales, increase that marÂket share increase after covid by, then investÂing in their store netÂwork. a couÂple of, strateÂgies seem to be workÂing for them on the, auto side there. divestÂing or getÂting out of, smallÂer footÂprint stores and conÂcenÂtratÂing on those with, at least a thouÂsand square meters of floor space. And, in the Rebel sports, side of thing, they’re regenÂerÂatÂing their stores and bringÂing them up to be, [00:12:00] Up, up to date in terms of what’s best pracÂtice around the world. uh, I think from memÂoÂry, if I look at the figÂures, rebels Sports has 165 stores. Uh, sales were up 4.4%. super Auto, uh, was, I think reaÂsonÂably flat. BCF, the campÂing, side of things was up 8.3%, so that was good. And then these figÂures I’m givÂing at it for the first 44 weeks of the year. So it’s still eight weeks to run, but, they’re pretÂty close to what they’ll be at year end. overÂall group, like for like sales were up over 3%, which is good. and they’ve also, they also highÂlightÂed that they’ve investÂed in a, autoÂmatÂed wareÂhouse, and. their comÂpetiÂtors as their comÂpetiÂtors into the marÂket. So so it’s two comÂpaÂnies that, I’ve just called out there, [00:13:00] and announceÂments durÂing conÂfesÂsion seaÂson, but peoÂple might wanÂna, keep their eye on the press and on their stock docÂtor alerts or equivÂaÂlence for any othÂer announceÂments comÂing out in conÂfesÂsion seaÂson over the next couÂple of weeks.
Cameron: TerÂrifÂic. speakÂing of banks and comÂpliÂance failÂures, I wantÂed to ask you about our old friends at MacÂquarÂie Bank. I saw an artiÂcle in the FinanÂcial Review, no, sorÂry. In the A, b, C last week, ASIC takes action against MacÂquarÂie Bank for sigÂnifÂiÂcant comÂpliÂance failÂures. MacÂquarÂie Bank has been hit with addiÂtionÂal license conÂdiÂtions after being slammed by the corÂpoÂrate regÂuÂlaÂtor for mulÂtiÂple and sigÂnifÂiÂcant, comÂpliÂance failÂures.
Says the failÂures relatÂed to MacÂquarÂie’s futures dealÂing and derivÂaÂtives tradÂing diviÂsions. NotÂing some went undeÂtectÂed for many years in one case for a decade. So I was thinkÂing about this. I think they got fined, [00:14:00] just under $5 milÂlion for it. Just a genÂtle slap on the wrist. But I was thinkÂing about this in terms of our.
Recent introÂducÂtion of govÂerÂnance, red flags. How do you feel about bankÂing comÂpliÂance, failÂures and govÂerÂnance, red flags? Is this someÂthing that we should be payÂing attenÂtion to, or is it not realÂly gonna have any sort of mateÂrÂiÂal impact on them as an investÂment?
TK: I think it’s how and how. all, of these APRA fines and underÂtakÂings, enforceÂable underÂtakÂings are not good for banks, but they’re also, I think, of the landÂscape for banks as well. So first thing to note is that MacÂquarÂie Bank is only a subÂsecÂtion of MacÂquarÂie Group. MacÂquarÂie Group is much largÂer than MacÂquarÂie Bank, ObviÂousÂly, as you said, a $5 milÂlion [00:15:00] fine in a, comÂpaÂny that earns bilÂlions is not gonna make a big difÂferÂence. So I’m not too worÂried about it. in this parÂticÂuÂlar case, it wouldÂn’t be a, I wouldÂn’t put the red flag on MacÂquarÂie Group because of this. they’ll tightÂen up their proÂceÂdures. They’ll work with the regÂuÂlaÂtor to have that verÂiÂfied by. SomeÂone indeÂpenÂdent and then, they’ll move on. it’ll be a bit of a slow down on their bankÂing side for a litÂtle bit. But othÂerÂwise, I don’t see it being a probÂlem and, not a re a reaÂson not, it won’t be a reaÂson not to invest. So you can go ahead and invest in MacÂquarÂie Bank. I think this, ANZ I just said has an enforceÂable underÂtakÂing with a, because of a bond tradÂing issue. litÂtle while ago, a MP had a big with the regÂuÂlaÂtor. Bank of QueensÂland has underÂtakÂing with the regÂuÂlaÂtors I think it’s fair to say that on the bankÂing side, a PR, which is the AusÂtralian pruÂdenÂtial regÂuÂlaÂtor, much betÂter and much quickÂer to act on banks and, [00:16:00] keep them on the straight and narÂrow than ASIC is with. OthÂer comÂpaÂnies or with all the othÂer comÂpaÂnies asset, has a lot bigÂger and a lot, has to monÂiÂtor all 2000 comÂpaÂnies. APRA’s, lookÂing at maybe a dozen, at least in the listÂed space and is on the ball with these things and tends nip them in the boat earÂly. they, they’ve caught someÂone doing someÂthing wrong at MacÂquarÂie Bank.
I didÂn’t quite underÂstand what the issue was. It looked like someÂone had done some trades. On some, derivÂaÂtives that weren’t tradÂed on the A SX and then reportÂed them incorÂrectÂly to ara. it, it, may be nothÂing worse than the reportÂing issue. Not that I’m tryÂing to play it down. APRA thinks it’s imporÂtant, so that’s fine. But this kind of thing does hapÂpen with some freÂquenÂcy in the bankÂing space.
Cameron: Okay, thanks. I just wantÂed to menÂtion HLS’ huge divÂiÂdend. a few peoÂple were talkÂing about this on our, FaceÂbook page over [00:17:00] the last week. I’m sure you saw this, but, HLS, Helius,. Not to be conÂfused with. Helia, HLI, they, dropped a masÂsive, divÂiÂdend, which isn’t, still, isn’t being reportÂed in Stock DocÂtor, which is bizarre.
Stock DocÂtor doesÂn’t show any divÂiÂdend since, June of 22. I can’t figÂure out why they’re not showÂing this one, but, I, if you go to the latÂest price senÂsiÂtive announceÂments in stock, docÂtor, you’ll see it fulÂly franked speÂcial divÂiÂdend of $300 milÂlion or 41.30 cents per ordiÂnary share. FulÂly franked.
That’s, crazy. You ever seen, anyÂthing that big before Tony?
TK: I have. Yeah. So this has be, this has resultÂed from this comÂpaÂny, which is a, a, health comÂpaÂny which runs patholoÂgies and imagÂing. [00:18:00] comÂpaÂnies used to be called PriÂmaÂry HealthÂcare. they sold off one of their busiÂness units and, they just returned of that, or most of that capÂiÂtal back to the shareÂholdÂers of speÂcial divÂiÂdend. all the comÂpaÂnies have done it before. but this is the way of also of, unlockÂing any frankÂing credÂits they have, which wouldÂn’t, wouldÂn’t get used. So, this comÂpaÂny’s paid tax in the past and not paid a divÂiÂdend for a couÂple of years. So unused FrankÂing Cal credÂits sitÂting in their balÂance sheet, and this is the way of givÂing them back to their shareÂholdÂers as well.
So they’ve done one big divÂiÂdend and that’s, it’s. It’s actuÂalÂly, quite large, on a sense per share basis, though I think it’s, 41 cents per share, but it’s also about 17 cents of frankÂing credÂits. I’ll just conÂfirm that. 17.70 cents of frankÂing credÂits and 41.3 of so it’s basiÂcalÂly [00:19:00] 50 cents. If, if you can make use of the full use of the frankÂing credÂits, and that’s pretÂty, and the share price looks like it’s dropped from about a dolÂlar 50 before it went. Its divÂiÂdend now tradÂing at a dolÂlar or 11. So it’s dropped less than the 50 cents. So I think the trick will be once it goes, once it’s paid, whether the share price starts to recovÂer, from, that.
So at the moment. It’s it’s tradÂing. If you look at the graph, it’s tradÂing below but if you add back the divÂiÂdend and the frankÂing credÂits. It’s back above its sell line. that add back usuÂalÂly just lasts until we get payÂment in our pockÂets of that, of the divÂiÂdend. it’ll be interÂestÂing to see whether, peoÂple, if the, share price recovÂers around the same time as the divÂiÂdend pays, my, my gut feel is it probÂaÂbly won’t ’cause it’s a large amount.
But, and because the, underÂlyÂing busiÂness doesÂn’t have that, busiÂness unit in it, it means it’s worth less going [00:20:00] forÂward. but I think it’s the case of just watch the space and, see what hapÂpens when the divÂiÂdend arrives and what’s hapÂpenÂing with the share price and, whether you wanÂna, in it.
Cameron: Yeah, so I hold it in my super portÂfoÂlio. We hold it in a couÂple of QAV portÂfoÂlios. I. And it’s down about 21% since I added it only back in April. as you say, the three point trend line sell price is a dolÂlar 32, but when you add the divÂiÂdend back in and the frankÂing credÂits, it comes down to 73 cents.
And so the payÂment date is only 10 days away, the 23rd of May, Keep an eye on it folks, for around about that date, and let’s see what hapÂpens, whether or not we do need to offload it or not, if it comes back up below those line, above those lines or not,
TK: I just add to that comÂment cam, that we should be a litÂtle bit patient because I. [00:21:00] not like there’s a switch that gets flicked when the divÂiÂdend gets paid and received. PeoÂple are now decidÂing what the comÂpaÂny’s worth after the of the, of the busiÂness unit they’ve sold. price is up a couÂple of perÂcent today. It might start increasÂing again. I think if it’s on an upward trend, not that far below the sell prices it’s curÂrentÂly drawn. So if it’s on an upward trend towards that, if it was me stock, but if it was, I’d be a if can. After.
Cameron: Yeah, we’ll give it a bit of grace. All right. speakÂing of Grace, CTT is a stock that’s on our buy list this week. I don’t think we’ve talked about them before. I wasÂn’t aware of them before. It’s a comÂpaÂny called Cettire. I’m not exactÂly sure how they proÂnounce that, but they’re a drop shipÂping comÂpaÂny. FloatÂed on the A SX.
[00:22:00] you rememÂber that my son TayÂlor got his busiÂness startÂed drop shipÂping back in the Covid days when he and a mate of his were drop shipÂping jigÂsaw puzÂzles. I think you were their first cusÂtomer or one of their first cusÂtomers anyÂway. This comÂpaÂny is, very interÂestÂing and I was lookÂing into it ’cause I was lookÂing at adding it as an option for the light portÂfoÂlios, but the finanÂcial review reportÂed in SepÂtemÂber, 2024.
But the end of Mr Mintz’s acquiÂsiÂtion spree, Mr Mintz’s the, founder, CEO, I think Mr Mintz’s acquiÂsiÂtion spree pushed Cettire shares 12% lowÂer on WednesÂday, capÂping a week long rollerÂcoastÂer ride for investors that began with a 20% fall when the comÂpaÂny released unauÂditÂed accounts on August 29th. The shares reboundÂed 50% over MonÂday and TuesÂday.
And [00:23:00] then, it says the latÂer on, Cettire has fallÂen to its first loss. This is April this year, its first loss. In three years after the online clothÂing retailÂer was forced to increase disÂcounts as shopÂpers shunned luxÂuÂry goods. A year ago, the comÂpaÂny shares were worth 2 bilÂlion. They are now valÂued at 190 milÂlion.
so I was, when I first read that quote about unauÂditÂed accounts, ’cause I was doing this late at night. I thought it was, a govÂerÂnance red flag audit and, sorÂry, a, red flag audit, an audit red flag, but rereadÂing it now, I just think it was unauÂditÂed because I checked their FY 24 report and they seem to have been signed off.
So I think they’re all clean from an audit perÂspecÂtive, but, It seems like they’re, strugÂgling a litÂtle bit busiÂness-wise, but they are on the buy list. Have you, heard of these guys before ever come across your radar? Tony? I don’t think they’re that big or that old, so I’m [00:24:00] guessÂing not.
TK: Very much they have. I’ve nevÂer owned them ’cause they’ve been a growth stock. And this is a clasÂsic examÂple of what hapÂpens to some growth stocks. It’s dropped from $2 bilÂlion marÂket cap to. but it is on the buy list. it’s a, it’s an interÂestÂing comÂpaÂny, and it has a checkÂered past, so sure if it was an a FR jourÂnalÂist, but the A FR pubÂlished a lot of analyÂsis into the comÂpaÂny they quesÂtioned whether the comÂpaÂny was chargÂing the corÂrect amount of sales tax on goods shipped to the us then they joined some dots and wonÂdered whether the. DisÂcrepÂanÂcy in the sales tax that should have been paid equatÂed to the profÂit that CTT was makÂing. I, can’t comÂment on that. but, the comÂpaÂny came out and denied it and said they were chargÂing the approÂpriÂate sales tax. but they did also downÂgrade profÂit around that same time too. they’d been hit not just from, any issues with sales tax, but they’ve been [00:25:00] hit with, changes to what I think is called the de minÂimus rule in the us.
Up until recentÂly, any inbound goods worth less than, I think it was $800 us, didÂn’t have to pay. the approÂpriÂate, the taxÂes on things that. Came through at a highÂer rate. and it was done so that, books from AmaÂzon, et cetera, if they came from overÂseas, didÂn’t, have their valÂue, douÂble or triple with varÂiÂous taxÂes that come into play. that’s now changed. So any parÂcel gets all the taxÂes. And so satire has been hit by that rule change, but also they’re of course, now exposed to US tarÂiffs because their busiÂness modÂel is to source high-end brand. And fashÂion wear and parÂticÂuÂlarÂly, accesÂsories like handÂbags, belts, and, shoes, from the peoÂple who supÂply brandÂed [00:26:00] retails.
and either buy ’em from the facÂtoÂries direct or there’s a thing called the Gray MarÂket, which is sprung up in the fashÂion indusÂtry. um, there are a lot of peoÂple who have someÂhow got their hands on. The merÂchanÂdise that goes into, say, the HerÂmes facÂtoÂry, and they’ve made a HerÂmes lookÂing bag.
It’s not, it’s, some of, it’s not even a knockÂoff, it actuÂalÂly is a, HerÂmes bag, but they’ve got, they’ve gotÂten through loopÂholes or whatÂevÂer, or sales agreeÂments, the abilÂiÂty to sell it at a much lowÂer price. And satire have been sourcÂing all these, someÂtimes they’re just the mom and pop shop in Italy, examÂple, and then they, they do drop ship from them to us cusÂtomers.
And so that’s their busiÂness modÂel, which is quite clever. But, as high-end brands have had. Sales declines is the cost of livÂing and inflaÂtion has affectÂed the retail walÂlet spend. they’ve dropped their prices, which has also hurt the othÂer end of the marÂket. And, even though I thought I, [00:27:00] I would’ve thought they may have benÂeÂfitÂed from, cost of livÂing increasÂes, but it looks like they haven’t. so it’s an interÂestÂing comÂpaÂny. it looks like it’s been makÂing the best out of a few loopÂholes, which may have been shut on them, which is perÂhaps why they are where they’re now. But it doesÂn’t mean that they can’t make monÂey going forÂward and it’s not a good time to buy. I wonÂder if this is a canÂdiÂdate for pulled pork at some stage in the future.
Can.
Cameron: Oh, okay. InterÂestÂing. Yeah, I just lookÂing at their webÂsite and I, because I’m. Not realÂly in the high fashÂion space, Tony. None of these brands realÂly, conÂnect with me. But, I wouldÂn’t say this is cheap, stuff though either I’m lookÂing at, very expenÂsive stuff here.
TK: yeah, but have you comÂpared it to the price of buyÂing it from the actuÂal retail outÂlet?
Cameron: No, but I’m lookÂing at AdiÂdas shoes. They’re, they say they’re marked down from $309 to [00:28:00] $228, but 220 bucks for a pair of, I’ve, I have bought, AdiÂdas shoes in the past. I do AdiÂdas sneakÂers 220 bucks cents about reaÂsonÂable for a, pair of AdiÂdas shoes, new balÂance shoes down from $505 to $366.
Oh my god. They’re just shoes. AnyÂway, alright, maybe you’ll, do a pulled pork on those at some point,
TK: I didÂn’t think that was their core busiÂness. I thought their core busiÂness was buyÂing HerÂmes bags down from 10,000 to $1,000.
Cameron: they do have lots of bags and accesÂsories and stuff here, but again, Al WalÂlet zipped Clutch bag $171. Maybe I should be, oh, ChrisÂsy’s got that bag. Max Mara. There you go. I recÂogÂnize that bag. Oh, I dunÂno. Yeah. All right. but just with them on the buy list, you’re not scared off by any of this.
You think if it’s on the buy list, then they’re probÂaÂbly worth a look.
TK: I think so. Yes. [00:29:00] yes. think peoÂple should do some research. There’s. If you have an A FR subÂscripÂtion, I think it was also pubÂlished in the age, perÂhaps you can probÂaÂbly find it on Google. read that about, what these jourÂnalÂists found out about Sales tax and SapÂphire, and that was realÂly the catÂaÂlyst for their decreasÂing share price Since then, notwithÂstandÂing the facts of the rule changes around, de Mini. and US tarÂiffs comÂing in. But, you know, it, it’s the, it may well find its price, now and start to increase from here if they can make a.
Cameron: Okay. that’s all I’ve got in terms of news for the week. I do have one quesÂtion from Scott. Do you have anyÂthing else?
TK: I’m just gonna do a pulled on a request, which was Ooh Media, but you go ahead with a quesÂtion
Cameron: Okay, so this is from. Scott, he says, I can’t rememÂber the share. It was on the buy list though, but its close Price was a dolÂlar 58 at the end of the day when it was [00:30:00] tradÂing at a dolÂlar 54 for most of the day, I checked it out and there was one share sold at a dolÂlar 58 right on the bell. Is that weird or am I just being paraÂnoid?
I think we have talked about these sorts of things in the past, but I can’t rememÂber what the stoÂry was.
TK: FindÂing more and more, with, comÂpaÂnies, parÂticÂuÂlarÂly those which, are close to. and I’ve seen it live, in on tradÂing platÂforms where someÂone seems to. a share transÂacÂtion for one share or for, yeah, or to buy 1 cents worth of shares. UsuÂalÂly it’s for one share, and it’s in the last 20 minÂutes of trade.
So it becomes, if, nothÂing trades in that 20 minÂutes, it becomes the closÂing price for the stock, and it makes it look like it’s, closed, know, someÂtimes five or 10% cheapÂer than, than what the bulk of the tradÂing [00:31:00] was at for that day. And, if someÂone’s tradÂing using stock lossÂes like we are, it can trigÂger them. I susÂpect that someÂone’s floodÂing the marÂket with these, or, being a bit more surÂgiÂcal perÂhaps, and, tryÂing to trigÂger peoÂple’s stop-lossÂes. Not that I’m sayÂing someÂone’s out there with a point trend line calÂcuÂlaÂtor lookÂing at us, ours, but they’re probÂaÂbly pickÂing on stocks which they think might trigÂger stop-lossÂes in othÂer ways, or movÂing averÂages or someÂthing like that. to get the share price down, and I think they’re gonna then benÂeÂfit from. someÂone sells a block and they can buy it cheapÂer and then sell it pretÂty quickÂly back at, for even a couÂple of perÂcent, profÂit. If you do that enough times, you make a lot of monÂey. So of things. If you are tradÂing on a platÂform that can see that spot, then before you trade, make sure that you, the price isn’t being, or the closÂing price isn’t being set by a set, by a one trade offer to, to buy or [00:32:00] by one a one trade at a low price. if you don’t have access to that, and I’m, I have done a bit of research and can’t find. How to get the depth of volÂume for the, last trade unless you have, a CMC account or a, uh, CBA comÂsec tradÂing account or someÂthing like that where you can see marÂket depth. so either check it before you trade, or What I’m doing is I’m not tradÂing based on that, the closÂing trade price of the night before.
I’m waitÂing an. How it opens and how it trades the folÂlowÂing day because, obviÂousÂly durÂing the day it gets lots of volÂumes in the trades. ’cause most of the stocks that I hold with a high id, high a DT, but even if it’s a low a DT trade, it’s gonna be more than one stock tradÂed durÂing the day.
So see what the price is like durÂing the day. But yeah, someÂone’s out there gamÂing the sysÂtem by putting these one trade. [00:33:00] their offers on before, just before the marÂket shuts and thereÂfore depressÂing the closÂing price. uh, it’s a good quesÂtion, Scott, and someÂthing to be careÂful of.
Cameron: So I underÂstand the theÂoÂry behind dropÂping the price. Why would you put the price up at the end of tradÂing?
TK: I dunÂno, is that, what’s, Scott? Is that what ScotÂt’s sayÂing? Is the price going up? I thought it was, what my expeÂriÂence, it’s it’s someÂone putting one trade on for a subÂstanÂtial disÂcount to the past, the pre priÂor trades that day. And so it looks like the shares closed at, a disÂcount to what it tradÂed at the day before.
Cameron: Now, he said it was tradÂing at a dolÂlar 54 for most of the day, and then it went up to a dolÂlar 58 right on the bell with one share being sold at a dolÂlar 58.
TK: Okay, I, that’s someÂone above. CreÂatÂing a momenÂtum trade, which isn’t realÂly there.
Cameron: FasÂciÂnatÂing. And I [00:34:00] guess there’s realÂly nothÂing, there’s nothÂing illeÂgal about that. They’re just tryÂing to game the sysÂtem, but legalÂly,
TK: No, nothÂing illeÂgal about it at all. Yes, that’s right. NothÂing illeÂgal about it at all. The clasÂsic one was when I think AMP listÂed someÂone put a, I think it listÂed $20 and someÂone, put a trade in for one share at, $40 and was able to capÂture all the, that trade from all the volÂume that was going through quickÂly at listÂing.
So it hapÂpens.
Cameron: All right. Scott has a secÂond quesÂtion. You’ve menÂtioned that around 20 to 25 stocks is about the maxÂiÂmum you should hold for the portÂfoÂlio. I have also just about become fulÂly investÂed with all. The residÂual cash from our SMSF rollover and hold 23 stocks as there will be income comÂing in via super guarÂanÂtee payÂments and rental income from the investÂment propÂerÂty.
What is the stratÂeÂgy in this sitÂuÂaÂtion? Do I just stockÂpile the cash in A‑H-I-S‑A and wait for stocks to reach their three point trend line or [00:35:00] comm sell, or do you add to curÂrent stock posiÂtions if they are still on the buy list and above their buyÂline?
TK: so there’s no hard and fast roll rule on portÂfoÂlio size. That’s the first thing to say. But the bigÂger the portÂfoÂlio is, the more index like your returns will be become just staÂtisÂtiÂcalÂly, if you hold more stocks, they start to mimÂic the index, which is a large amount of stocks. um, I’ve always said to hold 15 to 20 stocks, at least for the. and that’s cerÂtainÂly what the research bears out, but it doesÂn’t mean that Scott needs to go out and sell five stocks straight away. he could do it over time and likeÂwise, if he’s getÂting more cash in, um, he, yes, he could park it and wait for someÂthing to buy, but he could also increase the posiÂtions he holds on curÂrent stocks, which are still on the buy list and, a buy on the three point trend line side of things.
So if I was in ScotÂt’s posiÂtion and I’ve been in that posiÂtion [00:36:00] before. yes, I would simÂply, if I have spare cash and I, I don’t want to increase the numÂber of shares in the portÂfoÂlio, then I’d buy extra posiÂtions in the ones I hold, which, I buys. And if I sold someÂthing, in, in the portÂfoÂlio. I may not, I may do the same thing. I may not rebuy that posiÂtion. I might put it into stocks I already hold, which are, buyÂers on the buy list. So he’s over time conÂcenÂtratÂing the portÂfoÂlio back, 15 and 20 stocks, which I think is reaÂsonÂable. I.
Cameron: All right. Thank you Tony. Hope that helps. Scott, what are you doing for a Paul Pork today?
TK: I’m doing Ooh Media which was a request. It may have been from Scott. I’m not sure. It was a request from last week. and I’ve gotÂta say quite a good request because, the stock is up. Quite, strongÂly. It’s been on the by list for a while. it’s defÂiÂniteÂly above its byline. PO just postÂed some, or postÂed results, I shouldÂn’t say just [00:37:00] postÂed results, postÂed results.
I think it may have come out with some guidÂance recentÂly, but it’s, it seems to be doing okay. it’s also, just. I just, announced in the last couÂple of weeks that the CEO is retirÂing, or at least resignÂing. So Kathy O’ConÂnor, she’s stayÂing on until the secÂond half of the year, until they can, find a replaceÂment through a recruitÂing process. She’s been there four years, includÂing Covid, which are four tough years. she’s decidÂed she’s had enough. don’t think there’s anyÂthing necÂesÂsarÂiÂly wrong with the CEO resignÂing four years. An averÂage sort of term. she seems to have rightÂed the ship post Covid. This comÂpaÂny had downÂturn durÂing Covid.
It’s a, it’s an outÂdoor media comÂpaÂny, so I think billÂboards and elecÂtronÂic digÂiÂtal sigÂnages as well. durÂing covid with no trafÂfic and no one out there, they couldÂn’t charge as much for the [00:38:00] billÂboards. And, adverÂtisÂing dropped off, quite a lot durÂing Covid, but they’re back up to where they were before that. I should say the comÂpaÂny is called Omed, OOH Media. And OOH stands for out of home media. where that comes from. they have, over time gone away, oh, sorÂry, I shouldÂn’t say gone away. IncludÂed othÂer areas besides just, billÂboards, on the roads and on freeÂways. They now have, sigÂnage in, for examÂple, retail shopÂping cenÂters and malls, railÂway staÂtions, airÂports, office towÂers and uniÂverÂsiÂties.
So they claim a 99% metro reach of all peoÂple. over, I think it’s a month periÂod, or maybe a week periÂod. get to see one of their billÂboards or one of their signs and, quite clevÂerÂly. They state on their webÂsite that out-of-home adverÂtisÂing [00:39:00] canÂnot be blocked, paused, or skipped. So it’s not a bad marÂketÂing job of, for their indusÂtry from a marÂketÂing comÂpaÂny. they have over 35,000 assets. So 35,000 sigÂnages AusÂtralia and New Zealand. and they claim to be the, largest. AdverÂtisÂing comÂpaÂny in AusÂtralia and New Zealand. they’re quite, they’re the marÂket leader quite large. I think the othÂer thing which is interÂestÂing, and this is one of the tailÂwinds for them, is that, out of home adverÂtisÂing now equates to 15% of the media spend in AusÂtralia, and is a growÂing segÂment verÂsus the spend on radio and tv, which are both in decline.
they seem to be a lot more resilient and growÂing, in the media space than, their traÂdiÂtionÂal media assets. havÂing said that, their latÂest results were a litÂtle bit flat, so the year on year revÂenue was flat. [00:40:00] but what they did highÂlight was it was increasÂing in the secÂond half. So first half was down, secÂond half was up, was up some 4% annuÂal earnÂings per share were up 9%.
So they’ve been restrucÂturÂing their busiÂness, signÂing up, more profÂitable conÂtracts. doing a lot of digÂiÂtal adverÂtisÂing. so a lot of marÂgin enhanceÂment, but revÂenue was flat, but trendÂing upwards. Um, been around for a while. So the comÂpaÂny was foundÂed by BrenÂdan Cook. I. 1989 and he called it the OutÂdoor NetÂwork AusÂtralia back then in, I think it spent some time in the hands of priÂvate equiÂty, then they listÂed the comÂpaÂny in 2002, and back then it was called NetÂwork LimÂitÂed, then it was rebrandÂed as Zoo Media folÂlowÂing that. along the way they soaked up a few media comÂpaÂnies, includÂing Media PuzÂzle and Junkie Media. acquired [00:41:00] EYE Corp. I corp from ChanÂnel 10, was a diviÂsion of ChanÂnel 10, which was doing outÂdoor adverÂtisÂing, and they did also attempt to acquire their largest comÂpetiÂtor, a PN. But, didÂn’t proÂceed folÂlowÂing AC CC comÂpeÂtiÂtion conÂcerns, but they did in 2018 purÂchase anothÂer comÂpetiÂtor called Ad Shell from a comÂpaÂny that’s now called here, there and EveryÂwhere. claim top spot in the outÂdoor adverÂtisÂing, busiÂness in AusÂtralia and New Zealand. So that’s the busiÂness. I’m sure everyÂone has seen their sigÂnage, maybe not knowÂing it’s, Oh hs. But if you can often see the name of the provider at the botÂtom of the billÂboard, so check it out. Uh, QAB numÂbers a DT for the stock is 1.95 milÂlion per day.
So it’s a price will be liqÂuid stock, which should suit all the peoÂple. price for the analyÂsis of the dolÂlar 65, [00:42:00] 97%, or a dolÂlar 65 is 97% of conÂsenÂsus TarÂget. It is greater than IV one of 95 cents an iv two of a dolÂlar 26. HowÂevÂer, it is below, not below book price of a dolÂlar 38, but below book plus 30, which is a dolÂlar 80. So we can buy it for book less than book plus 30. HowÂevÂer, I do highÂlight this is one of these comÂpaÂnies with lots of goodÂwill as an asset on the balÂance sheet. the NTA net tanÂgiÂble assets for this comÂpaÂny is only 22 cents. We can buy it for less than plus 30, but it is, includÂing a lot of goodÂwill, which we see this comÂpaÂny rolled up and acquired lots of, outÂdoor comÂpaÂnies and media comÂpaÂnies to creÂate conÂtent for the billÂboards.
And so they’re carÂryÂing goodÂwill. yield is 3.18%. So it doesÂn’t score, enough for us, but it’s a reaÂsonÂably healthy yield stock. DocÂtor [00:43:00] finanÂcial health and trend is strong and steady. Stock edia don’t rank it as well for qualÂiÂty. Their rankÂing is only 68, which is okay, but not, up in the nineties, their F score is six out of nine. an overÂall Wikipedia ranked as, a 91 out of a hunÂdred. it’s overÂall it’s in their top 10, in their rankÂings, top, top 10% in their rankÂings, so that’s good. comÂpaÂny curÂrentÂly doesÂn’t have an ownÂer founder. That founder, BrenÂdan Cook, stayed around for a long time, but he exitÂed. five or so years ago, I think.
So he’s not there at the moment and it doesÂn’t have, any othÂer large, large ownÂer or ownÂerÂship, amongst the direcÂtors. p is 24 times, even though that’s a lot, it’s not the highÂest nor the lowÂest, so he can’t score it. , Even though PE is 24 times prop cap is only 4.9 [00:44:00] times, so less than five times cashÂflow, which is, a good, a good buyÂing opporÂtuÂniÂty. ForeÂcast. EarnÂings per share growth is 91%. So that was interÂestÂing, I thought. And that of course allows us to score it well for growth over pe, which comes out at 3.76, above our. Our, hurÂdle of 1.5 before we score it. , It’s in a recent uptrend since its last results. Of course, we’re into May now, and so we’ll get new results, in a couÂple of months.
So that may change, but, since it’s most recent results last year, or which came out in FebÂruÂary, it’s it’s turned upwards. So we score it for that. the equiÂty isn’t conÂsisÂtentÂly increasÂing, so we can’t score it for that. So all in all, qualÂiÂty score of 11 outÂta 15 or 73% and a QAV score of 0.15. So that’s edia risks.
I think it’s a fairÂly, it seems to me to [00:45:00] be a fairÂly steadiÂly growÂing comÂpaÂny. So that’s, I should say that from the outÂside outÂset. tendÂing. It looks like revÂenue’s growÂing at about the rate of GDP or inflaÂtion, so about the rate of the econÂoÂmy. that’s good. to be growÂing by acquiÂsiÂtion.
Now, whether it can keep doing that at the same rate it’s done in the past because it’s now the numÂber one playÂer, and so it will face comÂpeÂtiÂtion issues more and more as it, if it tries to do it. So s. MarÂket is callÂing out nearÂly douÂbling an eep E Ps, so it’s gonna cerÂtainÂly grow next year.
Whether it’s douÂbling or less than that, it’s probÂaÂbly gonna be someÂthing. the CEO tranÂsiÂtion I think is a risk. Not just the fact that the CEO’s leavÂing, which is quite norÂmal. But oftenÂtimes with, as we’ve seen before with comÂpaÂnies, if someÂone new comes in, they may take a large numÂber of writeÂdowns to clear the decks, and [00:46:00] rebase their options, or at least just clear the decks to make themÂselves look going forÂward. So that’s potenÂtial risk. The outÂdoor adverÂtisÂing secÂtor is growÂing and it’s getÂting more digÂiÂtized. So that, I think helps both revÂenue and marÂgin for them. I’ve always liked this comÂpaÂny. It did strugÂgle durÂing Covid, and it’s, back on the buy list now and doing well. yeah, have a look, peoÂple.
Cameron: I, I always cringe when I see OML on the buy list ’cause I think I’ve bought it a dozen times over the years and always had to sell it. It’s always endÂed up as a rule one sell and a three PTLA couÂple of times. But, lookÂing back over the. Price. I’ve sold it at, I’ve sold it as down at a dolÂlar 14 up through dolÂlar 26, dolÂlar 36.
Now it’s at a dolÂlar 60, I think today. it has recovÂered from the times when I’ve sold [00:47:00] it. But it’s one of those things that in my brain, it has a negÂaÂtive assoÂciÂaÂtion with being a litÂtle bit, turÂbuÂlent. And if I look at its chart and the bread latÂer, it has been. DropÂping down for the last year, but it’s just reboundÂed masÂsiveÂly.
So there you go. Good luck to anyÂone who kept holdÂing it. That’s it, Tony, apart from after hours, that’s all I’ve got for today. and I know we’re on a budÂgetÂed timeÂframe, but we skipped after hours last week. You got any highÂlights for me this week?
TK: highÂlights from my life, highÂlights from my wife. I’ve got, I was up in SydÂney on ThursÂday night at the chairÂman’s ChairÂman. PretÂty ritzy affair. and, sold one horse and kept one horse. So Pfic sold, she’ll, she’s often New Zealand, but, cast didÂn’t make reserves, so we’re just decidÂing, crunchÂing some numÂbers and decidÂing whether to keep her and breed from her or [00:48:00] try and move her on. in some othÂer way besides, besides a, a sale. so that was, SydÂney, which was loveÂly. And then now we’re down in BateÂman’s Bay playÂing, lots of golf and enjoyÂing a bit of a break, which has just been fanÂtasÂtic. It’s a loveÂly place despite the poor wifi.
Cameron: No, that’s great. You watched anyÂthing or read anyÂthing good. LisÂtened to anyÂthing good.
TK: At all? No, been in the moment, haven’t had time to read or to watch tv. Just been, playÂing golf, driÂving, walkÂing around and chatÂting with RudÂdy and his brothÂer-in-law, which has been
fanÂtasÂtic.
Cameron: That’s nice. I saw my GP this mornÂing for my, annuÂal blood work checkÂup, and he’s agreed to that I could stop takÂing nearÂly all of my meds that I’ve been on for the last five or six years. When I had eleÂvatÂed choÂlesÂterol and eleÂvatÂed blood presÂsure. He said, everyÂthing’s [00:49:00] lookÂing good. I’m gonna stay on a statin, but we’re reducÂing it.
Down to half my curÂrent dosage, but takÂing me off the aspirin and off the blood presÂsure medÂicaÂtion because of my lifestyle changes over the last few years. So that’s good. I’m hapÂpy about that. I want to give a plug for a book that I’ve been readÂing.
If you haven’t already read it. Have you heard of the book? Nina Simone’s Gum. it’s great. It’s by WarÂren Ellis, Nick Cave’s, vioÂlinÂist for decades, the Bad Seeds. dirty Three Guy.
terÂrifÂic book, largeÂly about. Him stealÂing Nina Simone’s gum off a piano at a conÂcert that she did in 1999 that Nick curatÂed in LonÂdon. And, the reliÂgious, imporÂtance of Nina Simone’s gum.
That he, that Nick was late, 20 odd years latÂer, Nick was curatÂing some [00:50:00] exhiÂbiÂtion someÂwhere in, I don’t know, HolÂland or someÂwhere like that, AmsÂterÂdam. And they put this on disÂplay on a plinth. With a spotÂlight and a velÂvet cushÂion anyÂway. But it’s also a stoÂry about him as the vioÂlinÂist and the bad seeds and the dirty three and how he endÂed up be playÂing vioÂlin.
But it’s a terÂrifÂic realÂly engagÂing ra read that I think you’d realÂly enjoy. I, what have I lisÂtened to? Oh, for peoÂple who like, girl rock and roll, and I’ve been meetÂing to, chat to Alex about this. I think they’re outÂta CanÂberÂra. There’s an AusÂtralian all girl band called Teen Jesus and the Jean teasers that I’ve just disÂcovÂered via, triple J, which I’m realÂly enjoyÂing at the moment.
So check them out if you like. girl. Girl punk, teen Jesus, and the Jean teasers. It’s a terÂrifÂic name if nothÂing else. And, [00:51:00]
TK: It.
Cameron: in terms of watchÂing stuff, the highÂlight for me for the week is David Lee Roth came out of retireÂment. He’s did his first live show in I think five years. And it was fanÂtasÂtic.
The whole thing’s on YouTube, if for any, old David Lee Roth fans out there, his voice, surÂprisÂingÂly enough, is in pretÂty good shape. He’s obviÂousÂly done a lot of work on it because I think he got kicked off of a KISS tour a couÂple of years ago. ’cause Gene SimÂmons said that. Dave couldÂn’t sing anyÂmore.
His voice had, wasÂn’t up to the task, but he’s back. His voice was great. He has a stripped down band, great band, and they just did all old clasÂsic Van Halen numÂbers and it was terÂrifÂic to see Dave going strong, nearÂly 70 years old and going hard on stage. It was like he was dressed all in leather. And it was stripped back.
So it was like Elvis’s 68 [00:52:00] comeÂback on NBC, but it was Dave. And so he’s back on tour, which was great.
TK: I did see that And I’m sorÂry, I should have menÂtioned it because the leather he was, a leather three.
Cameron: yes. Yeah. It was pretÂty, pretÂty much a leather three piece suit. Yeah. So it was, very elvisy. Have you seen the JokÂer sequel, jokÂer FolÂly?
TK: I haven’t, no, I think you told me not to watch it, or your boys told me not to watch it.
Cameron: The boys told me not to watch it. I, it is on the streamÂing serÂvices now. I watched it, wantÂed to like it, it didÂn’t work. I didÂn’t think, like whack in Phoenix still did a great job as the JokÂer, but just the, stoÂry, the songs fell a bit flat, so that was disÂapÂpointÂing. But I have been watchÂing The PenÂguin finalÂly and absoluteÂly lovÂing.
The penÂguin like ColÂin FarÂrell. Oh my god. So great.
TK: Yep. I must admit I
haven’t got to the end of [00:53:00] it. I enjoyed the first half of it. Now it got a bit silÂly and I haven’t watched the end of it, but, realÂly enjoyed the first bit.
Cameron: Oh, I’m only a few episodes in, I may not have gotÂten up to the silÂly bit yet. AnyÂway, so that’s what I’ve been doing. That and a lot of kung fu as usuÂal.
TK: conÂgratÂuÂlaÂtions on your health turnÂaround. That’s amazÂing. I know you put lots of work and effort into it,
Cameron: Yeah. Thanks. I appreÂciÂate it. It, was good. And as the GP said, most guys in their earÂly fifties when they need to be put on these things, don’t do the things that they need to do to turn it around. And I’ve worked very hard to, Get my health in shape and it’s hopeÂfulÂly payÂing divÂiÂdends.
So I’m gonna go off the meds mostÂly for a year, and then we’ll do the blood work again and see if it, all the numÂbers still look good a year from now, and if not, I can always go back on them. But it’s a new lifestyle now that I’m fairÂly. estabÂlished in. So new diet, new exerÂcise, new phone.
[00:54:00] Who dis as ChrisÂsy always says to me. Alright, that’s the, QAV AusÂtralia show for this week. Thank you tk. Thank you Scott for the quesÂtions. Thank you lisÂtenÂers, and we’ll be back next week. Stay safe out there. Q qua, have a good week.
TK: Thank you, my wife. I will improve next TuesÂday when I’m back at Cape Shank. So sorÂry about this. We’ll get video back online and please send some more requests in for pulled Porks, think, Cettire is a canÂdiÂdate, I think ANZ results out. that’s a canÂdiÂdate. But if anyÂone’s got someÂthing else they wantÂed, me to talk about, please, ask a quesÂtion. Cheers everyÂone.
[00:55:00] [00:56:00]
