I have com­piled a new buy list and a watch­list.

The watch­list con­tains the stocks with Price to Oper­at­ing Cash­flow < 7 but with­out a con­firmed buy sen­ti­ment. There were 3 new addi­tions to the Buy list this time: Autosports Group (ASG), Accent Group (AX1) and Empired (EPD). In our show yes­ter­day, Brett also asked if GEAR and KCN were 3PTL buys. They are, how­ev­er, their Price to Oper­at­ing cash­flow is now neg­a­tive, so they are not includ­ed on the buy list. Brett also asked about CAF, LNY and ADH. They are not on the buy list because their QAV score is too low.
